I have many interests in life and one of them is fashion. It always fascinated me that if something is in style it will go out of style but then sure enough come back around again. When did this first start? Why does this happen? Have we run out of new ideas? Is it actually a fresh idea maybe to recycle old trends?
I think this needs to be developed out further and a little more in line with the focus of this magazine. For instance you could look at how fashion costuming changes to reflect the era it is depicting, or you could explore how film often sets fashion trends (great example of this was the popularity of the yellow dress after 'How to lose a guy in 10 days', or you could even look at the many fashion bio films and what they tell about how fashion has changed over time). – Sarai Mannolini-Winwood2 years ago
