I am just a regular university student that loves writing, drama, and video games. I know my writing has room for improvement, but my passion and experience are the real deal.

games Write this topicFinal Fantasy: A Story of ProgressionMaybe take a look at the history of Final Fantasy and how it has evolved over the years. From the years of crystals and evil warlocks (or warlords), to the current fiasco with lightning, and more importantly the new one on the horizon. There has got to be someone out there who knows a good deal about this series, and it is amazing that is has been around for so long. Although, it may make more sense to wait until Final Fantasy 15 comes out to do this article. Figured I would throw the idea out there for any other fans

games Write this topicTop Ten RPG's Not to be ForgottenWith the next batch of consoles becoming foregrounded in the gaming market, it would nice to see the old RPGs of the past given a nod towards. Titles such as Legend of Dragoon, Final Fantasy Tactics, Chrono Cross, and Lunar: Silver Star Harmony. All the titles that people may have never had the chance to see or grow up with, but should absolutely be made aware of them. There are tons of videos dedicated to this topic and they could serve as good guides for anyone interested but finding their memory to be foggy. |

It is amazing to think it has been six years since Demon Souls. Great food for thought, well written article and seriously: Souls for life | Dark Souls: What Makes Gamers Endure the Pain? |
I have recently found myself in love with writing and have been looking for tips for some of the smaller works. I am sure people out there will understand this, but I like works. I love long sentences and writing loads and loads. Sadly 500-2000 words means that can’t happen. These tips are great and explained well. Video games are something that I have grown up with my whole life. I always consider them the equivalent of books that you interact with. That being said, there are absolutely mindless games that are all action based and are devoid of true story: this is where I see addiction as a reocurring problem. The online games such as a League of Legends and MMO’s where there is no clear end in sight allow for this sort of proxy life. Not to say there is anything wrong with these types of games (I have played these myself for longer then I am proud of). I guess the point I am leading towards is that with all this talk of addiction and the harmful effects of video games, all video games get bundled together as the problem. Nothing is more frustrating then hearing someone begin speaking of all video games as a waste and some type of bane to society. I really enjoy this article because of how well you approach the topic, and the ways in which I see you relating to it. Great work once again | Video Games: The Ups and Downs of a Virtual World |
Great find for these games. I am impressed that you picked up on Shadow of the Colossus as it is such an oldie. I absolutely agree with your description of the number one and it is a truly deserving title.
