This is a great topic to explore—and one that should be getting more attention! I remember there was a debate when Disney unveiled “Habit Heroes” at Epcot, essentially teaching kids negative lessons about their bodies if they were overweight. Comics kind of run in that vein too, and it’s frustrating to watch, not for the (hopefully) adjusted adults, but for the kids who are going to grow up with issues, and bullied. Surely there has to be a balance somewhere! | Overweight Superheroes and Supervillains |
