How the way people watch TV is changingPeople today aren't watching TV the moment it airs. In the early days of TV, people had to sit down and watch TV the moment it aired or else they would have no other chance to see it. Today, we are watching TV on Netflix and online when it is convenient for us to watch. How is this changing the way we consume TV? Is this making the TV industry weaker and will it slowly die out like past mediums (radio, newspaper, etc.)?

This idea is something I think goes unseen by many viewers of Pixar movies. Pixar has been known to write amazing stories and if you look deeper and watch closely to all of the movies, we see many moments where mature adults can connect. It is one of my favorite things about Pixar movies. | 10 Mature Moments in a Pixar Film |
Harry Potter is the story that has had the biggest impact on my life. I read the Harry Potter series all within a couple of months. I believe this story is such a well-written story that can connect to both the younger and older, which is something we don’t see a lot. It has so many life lessons and real-world problems that we can connect to so much. You said it best in the last line: “if Harry can battle the Dark Lord, die, lose a lot of his loved ones, and still find happiness, so can all of us Muggles.” Even though we had that fact that we are all Muggles, it’s the fact and we have to face our problems head on. | Why Harry Potter Appeals to Adults as Well as Younger Audiences |
I 100% agree that Netflix is becoming the way people watch TV. Although people do watch TV this way, I don’t think this is making TV die. I think the way we watch TV is changing and watching TV live when it airs is something that is slowly dying. People tend to watch TV when it is convenient for them, making that time shift the changing part of TV.
