What do colors have to do with story?Movies like American Beauty or The Grand Budapest use bright or dull bland colors to set tone and provide atmosphere. Can the same be said for exposition? Example, Sin-city is a mainly black and white movie where they use colors only to draw attention to details. So, again, I pose the question, Can colors be a main source for exposition in film?

Time, I feel, is one of the main factors for a writer. Not only the deadline one might set, but more along the lines of the extension of the period the writer makes. An example being some one with a terrific imagination but low attention span may take longer. Creative input is well managed but the time it takes and second guessing that comes along takes a toll. | The "Write" Way |
