Hi everyone, I'm 22 and got a fair bit of free time for now so I use it all to do what I enjoy and that's writing. Mainly blogging, and time I have left goes into anime.

I remember True Tears quite well, was about the time I truly got into watching anime, I loved that series. Slightly off topic but I still remember the OP theme of it, Reflectia I think the name was.

Anime: The World of Fake Romance

Yeah neither was I actually and was pleasantly surprised. I like good long deep story anime. Oddly enough I only took an interest as I had a Sunday after free, but then really liked it.

I’d say this anime is more of an opposite to Death Note, but if you want to try something on the other side of the spectrum then this one’s s definitely a good one to have a look at.

Shame it’s not my holidays anymore, but I did watch Wolf Children when it was the holidays and I really liked it. Was indeed quite moving.

Yeah, it is a shame, she’s purely a background character and I don’t like that. She does get a bit of development in the light novels that are released volumes 1 & 2, which is a nice read, you find out about her ‘rival’ as well. I’d suggest giving the light novel a read if you’re interested, but I don’t even know if you can still get them anymore.

I’d still say that it did very well for the time it had, and I suppose what great character development will depend on each person, but I personally thought it wasn’t enough to leave a lasting impression. I don’t remember any of the characters apart from Momo, Daniel’s sketchy, but I do remember the series, that’s enough for me. And yeah, every episode was a complete story, and didn’t leave anything, that I agree with.

The only reason I’m not giving it a top score is solely personal. I’m pretty much only reviewing anime that I thought were amazing and I thought I can’t give everything a top score, so gave them a score in proportional to everything else I loved from anime, if rated against every anime I’ve seen, it’d be top score easily.

Thanks for the compliment, much appreciated :), whilst I agree that the third season was really bad it’s a bit harsh to base a recommendation on one season of the anime. The third season can easily be skipped especially as it adds nothing to the series anyway.

Shugo Chara Review: What is Your Would-be Self?

Always out on DVD in Japan, unfortunately I don’t think it was ever released in English, all twelve volumes of the manga is if that interests you.

And that is true, I really should give writing another go, but I keep finding myself too busy with the small amount of free time I have at the moment. Though I should free up in a few years when my workload goes down and I get more used to everything, so I suppose I’ll start fresh then. Now I’ll just do some blogging here and there.
